I would like to find a way to exercise my butt into better shape, it’s got so much cellulite right this minute? Looks really awful…but the trouble is, I don’t have much extra time during the day, and then when work’s over I’m really tired…
But then I ran across a Flex Mini review that may just solve my problems. It’s a belt kind of thing that you wear over your lower abs, and on the back of it are some gel pads that, through some little electrical shocks, stimulated your butt muscles just like you were exercising. I guess the little zaps you get make your muscles contract, and it’s just like doing a regular workout.
The thing that appeals to me the most is that I can be doing other things while I wear it, like cooking dinner, sitting down and having a little relax after dinner…whatever. AND I don’t have to do any of the exercises myself, so I don’t have to feel energetic to do it, the flex mini will take care of my workout for me.
I can’t wait to give it a try!
